Overview:
This pro ject is an integrated electropneumatic control system designed to automate a sequential mechanical motion using two double-acting cylinders. The system utilizes Relay Logic linked with a series of limit switches to ensure high precision and consistent repeatability in operations, mimicking real-world industrial production lines. Our primary goal was to achieve a perfect balance between performance efficiency, design optimization, and industrial safety standards.

Our system is designed to automate the liquid mixing process with precision and reliability. Key components include:
Pual Tank System: A robust setup featuring a mixing tank and a discharge tank, ensuring a seamless workflow.
Integrated Mechanical Pesign: A custom-engineered impeller design using 3D-printed PETG to ensure optimal fluid homogenization and prevent settling zones.
Control & Automation: The system is managed by a centralized control room, utilizing sensors and nd pumps to maintain precise control over the mixing and discharge phases.
Optimized Performance: By calculating precise tip speeds and implementing a 370 RPM operational limit, we ensured the system operates efficiently without cavitation or motor stress.
This project was a collaborative effort that challenged us to design, prototype, and implement a fully functional automated system. I am proud of the dedication shown by our team in bringing this vision to life!
